Arcadia Data Attends Strata Data Summit and Gartner Data & Analytics Summits

Arcadia Data, provider of the first native visual analytics software for big data, today announced it is participating in, as well as sponsoring a number of seminars that discuss the advantages of enabling self-service access to big data for analytics. Two events taking place this week on March 5-8, 2018, include co-hosting an executive briefing session and sponsoring a seminar during the Strata Data Conference in San Jose, California, and leading a seminar during the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit in Grapevine, Texas.

Arcadia Data will be on-site at both events to discuss new BI standards organizations have to evaluate in today’s changing technology landscape — one for data warehouses and one for data lakes–as well the trade-offs between a number of architectures that provide self-service access to data.

To find out more about this perspective, please inquire about a meeting at the Strata Data Conference, or inquire about a meeting at the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit. A snapshot of the company’s participation is below.

What An executive briefing, “BI on Big Data,” will cover the pros and cons of architectures, deployment strategies, and use cases of enabling BI on big data. A seminar, “BI and Big Data Convergence in Modern Cloud Architecture,” sponsored by Arcadia Data, will explore Procter & Gamble’s modern analytics architecture and see how it differs from traditional approaches. A discussion, “A Tale of Two BI Standards: Data Warehouses and Data Lakes” will highlight why organizations need two different BI standards.
